After completing the branding and Identity for the Need company. they then asked if I would be interested in creating a property brochure for them. This would included documenting the properties that the company have on the market and are ready to be promote and sell for the tourist season of 2014.
I was a a little apprehensive to do something like this at first just because I wasn't sure on my strengths when it come to Editorial and Publication. I was also a little concerned about taking the project on so close to the end of the module, but i felt that I could just say no. I also thought it might be a good challenge for me and add another dynamic to my project report as I had not yet done something like this for responsive.

THE BRIEF
To
create a brochure the need company real estate business that displays the
properties available for sale in the Kalken-Kas region of Turkey for the summer
of 2014.
CONSIDERATIONS
The logo for the mother company, Need Company
must be used for all stationary and needs to be incorporated appropriately.
CONCEPT & PROPOSITION
To promote
and show the properties available on the market from the Need Company real
estate business. This will include: Villas, Apartments and Off plan projects.
The details will contain information such as number of bedrooms, access and
situation considering near by areas of interest. The brochure will be heavily
Photographic to display the quality and luxury the properties have. There will
be individual chapters depending on the whether they are situated in Kalkan,
Kas, Islamlar or Kalamar bay.
BACKGROUND
The
company is a real estate business that is situated in the Turkish province of
Antalya and specialises in the architect, construction and renovation of
property as well as selling previously owned buildings.
